Switched from sema at 7.5mg to tirz at 5mg. Different drugs, cannot compare the doses directly.

Switched from sema at 1.0mg to tirz at 12.5mg. Different drugs, cannot compare the doses directly.

the GIP side does different things than the GLP-1 side, that is the point

Strongly agree. Tirz is better than sema is not a claim without a comparator dose.

Week 3 on Mounjaro and 33kg down. The appetite reduction feels different from sema in ways I do not have words for yet.

Tried both. Sema worked, tirz worked better for me, but my sulphur burps profile was worse on tirz.

Mechanistically the bit that matters is tier 3.
Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.

France: 10 month NHS wait, gave up, went private, cost was MHRA monthly.

Strongly agree. Mass% and area% are answering different questions on the same document.

purity and net content are two different numbers, same vial

Small correction: the trial was 13 weeks, not 11. Does not change your point but people will quote it.

This is the "correlation is mechanism" thing again. You changed three variables at once.

area% is not mass%, and here is exactly why it matters

Three years on this site and the questions have not changed at all. Which is depressing or reassuring depending on the day.

Zepbound and Mounjaro are literally the same drug, the name is the only difference

Not convinced. The evidence does not support that reading.
