[Question] how do you actually verify rodent data
Confession thread, sort of. I went from 5mg to 1.7mg much faster than I should have because the scale had stalled and I got impatient. The stall broke about 19 weeks…

Half-life is about 168 hours, so steady state lands around week 22–5. Practical consequence: what you feel in week 1 is not what that dose does.

Yeah, rodent data does not scale to humans.
Disagree on that part. 98.7% and 98.9% on the same vial is normal.

Slight fix: the number was 99.3, not 93.7. Decimal point, but a fairly consequential one.
