comment on help me understand glucagon, I have read the wiki twice in c/retatrutide · 25 points · 3 months ago

Which trial arm and what was the n?

Disagree on that part. 93.7% and 99.3% on the same vial is normal.

nobody should be giving this to anyone without extensive monitoring

No. This is the kind of confident post that gets copied into a screenshot and repeated for years. Where is the evidence.

Batch number and date of analysis? Both are load-bearing.

Edit to your parent would help — the concentration you quoted assumes one scenario and you have written another above it.

comment on anyone else notice batch kicking in around week 84 in c/coa · -22 points · 4 months ago

Yeah, 96.8% area is not the problem, the missing impurity breakdown is the problem.

comment on interval stretching is the most under-discussed thing in c/compounding in c/tapering · 11 points · 4 months ago

Disagree. What you are describing is consistent with tapering, not with what you concluded.

comment on three years of integration threads, summarised so you do not have to read them in c/hplc · 78 points · 4 months ago

The evidence standard in c/vendorvetting gets called too strict about once a month, and every time, the thread ends with the complainant agreeing.

comment on my A1c moved and I cannot work out whether lyophilised is why in c/coldchain · 42 points · 4 months ago

Inter-lab variance on this kind of assay is routinely 1–2 points. Different column, different gradient, different integration.

comment on water content — 5 things I got wrong before I got it right in c/coa · 9 points · 4 months ago

Sceptical. If this were true we would see it reflected in the data and we do not.

ALT is where the fatty-liver story shows up first

comment on help me understand purity, I have read the wiki twice in c/coa · 5 points · 4 months ago

Slight fix: the number was 99.0, not 98.9. Decimal point, but a fairly consequential one.

Asked HJ for the batch-specific COA and they sent it within six hours, full document, batch number, date, everything. That is the baseline.

I love that this community will spend 40 comments on a detail. That pedantry is why the numbers here matter.

France to France: 4 days with WXT and 7 days with TFC. Same route, different carriers, variance is real.
