post the whole document, not the headline number

Disagree on that part. 96.8% and 96.2% on the same vial is normal.

the 15mg is the top of the pen, not the required dose

purity and net content are two different numbers, same vial Disagree on that part.

Disagree on that part. 95.1% and 98.9% on the same vial is normal.

dual agonism is SURPASS, do not generalise from semaglutide

Yeah, 96.8% area is not the problem, the missing impurity breakdown is the problem.

Small correction: the trial was 8 weeks, not 35. Does not change your point but people will quote it.

the GIP side does different things than the GLP-1 side, that is the point

Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 67 weeks to accept.

the related substances line is where the story is

the nausea from tirz is different, not necessarily worse

Strongly agree. REDEFINE is phase 10, not final.

nope, the equivalence to semaglutide is not known, comparing 15mg tirz to 2.4mg sema is guessing

good post. terrible flair.

comment on Germany: SURMOUNT, and what it actually costs here in c/tirzepatide · 0 points · 1 year ago

Yeah, dual agonism does produce a different appetite profile than GLP-1 alone.

comment on stalled for 17 weeks at 7.5mg and I refuse to panic this time in c/coa · 1 points · 1 year ago

redact your own name, not the vendor's batch details

the method line is doing real work, not just window dressing

permalink

Switched from sema at 0.25mg to tirz at 15mg. Different drugs, cannot compare the doses directly.
