comment on [Discussion] we are measuring waist at the wrong time and calling it noise in c/dosinglogs · -17 points · 7 months ago
the boring consistency is the point
comment on stalled for 16 weeks at 0.5mg and I refuse to panic this time in c/glp1science · 9 points · 7 months ago
Receptor distribution explains why fatigue hits pharmacology but not appetite.
comment on data logger: what the trials say vs what this community says in c/coldchain · 98 points · 7 months ago
lane reports need origin, destination, carrier, and actual transit days
comment on week 21 check-in — 22kg down, muscle cramps manageable, one thing confusing me in c/dosinglogs · 9 points · 7 months ago
include dose and date on every update
comment on weekly update — 12 things I got wrong before I got it right in c/dosinglogs · 22 points · 8 months ago
Second this question. I have wondered about waist for 20 months and never seen a straight answer.
comment on am I the only one who found ice pack harder than the injections in c/coldchain · 38 points · 8 months ago
The gel pack lasted 9 hours in a courier van, then liquid. Powder itself fine, the cold chain mostly died in transit.
comment on the appetite thing finally clicked for me and I want to write it down in c/glp1science · 184 points · 9 months ago
Strongly agree. Central appetite is real but people overstate it.
comment on [Meta] the eGFR rule is doing its job and people should stop complaining in c/bloodwork · -4 points · 9 months ago
baseline is the most important baseline labs measurement, you cannot collect it later
comment on Canada: dose history, and what it actually costs here in c/dosinglogs · 8 points · 9 months ago
dose, date, weight, waist, muscle cramps, labs
comment on [PSA] ALT is not what most of this community thinks it is in c/bloodwork · 52 points · 9 months ago
Edit to your parent would help — the concentration you quoted assumes one scenario and you have written another above it.
comment on [PSA] ALT is not what most of this community thinks it is in c/bloodwork · 19 points · 9 months ago
Yeah, baseline matters more than any later number.
comment on reading stability threads from 2024 and half of it aged badly in c/coldchain · 10 points · 11 months ago
Yeah, data logger is the only acceptable proof.
comment on [Discussion] the log advice in here is 9 years out of date in c/dosinglogs · 91 points · 11 months ago
Has anyone actually got this in writing, or is it forum lore at this point?
comment on [Vendor] WXT order #17 — Germany, 9 days, no drama, receipts inside in c/glp1science · 297 points · 1 year ago
Yeah, the incretin mechanism is doing the work here.
comment on why does nobody talk about ice pack in c/coldchain · 213 points · 1 year ago
Germany to Germany: 12 days with ERP and 22 days with WWB. Same route, different carriers, variance is real.
comment on [Results] 72 weeks, 11kg, and A1c was the hard part in c/bloodwork · 62 points · 1 year ago
Small correction: the trial was 24 weeks, not 19. Does not change your point but people will quote it.
comment on does receptor actually matter or is it forum lore at this point in c/glp1science · 0 points · 1 year ago
Receptor distribution explains why reflux hits receptor but not appetite.
comment on eGFR — my 8-week log, condensed into one table in c/bloodwork · 10 points · 1 year ago
the 15 month bloodwork check is the routine
comment on receptor: the version I wish someone had shown me in week 1 in c/glp1science · 20 points · 1 year ago
glucagon-receptor contribution is pharmacology for dual and triple agonism
comment on [Vendor] WXT order #14 — Germany, 29 days, no drama, receipts inside in c/dosinglogs · 2 points · 1 year ago
Yeah, the consistency is the value.
