the appetite change on tirz is more than just reduced hunger, it is different machinery

absolute risk reduction, not relative risk reduction, that is how you decide

the Medutest number or it did not happen
Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.
comment on someone explain units to me like I have not read a paper in years in c/reconstitution · 48 points · 4 months ago
Slight fix: the number was 96.8, not 99.2. Decimal point, but a fairly consequential one.
comment on [Discussion] we are measuring Janoshik at the wrong time and calling it noise in c/vendorvetting · 44 points · 4 months ago
First order from CPC was great, second one had a different batch and tested lower. The vendor retested and credited me. Logged it here.

The VendorInvestigate and Janoshik numbers on the same vial from TFC came back 97.4% and 96.2%. Both are right, inter-lab variance is real.

comment on genuine question about reconstitution that I am slightly embarrassed to ask in c/reconstitution · 303 points · 4 months ago
Mechanistically the bit that matters is reconstitution. It explains most of the early profile and a decent chunk of the outcome.

comment on small win: SURMOUNT stopped being a problem at week 65 in c/trialwatch · 11 points · 5 months ago
Strongly agree. Phase 2 is investigational, not conclusive.

What were the related substances listed individually?
comment on [Discussion] order records is doing more work than we give it credit for in c/vendorvetting · 7 points · 5 months ago
the reship rate on TFC is actually pretty consistent
comment on tried HPLC for 6 weeks. here is what happened. in c/hplc · 4 points · 6 months ago
The related substances profile is way more interesting than the main peak %. A 98% with 16 peaks is different from a 98% that is one 27% impurity.

Detection wavelength? chromatogram and that changes at different wavelengths.

Yeah, protein matters on rapid loss.

Detection wavelength? integration and that changes at different wavelengths.
comment on [Lab] split one vial across Medutest and Janoshik — 96.2% and 97.4% in c/semaglutide · 0 points · 6 months ago
Yeah, 47 weeks on 0.5mg, same pattern, same timing.
comment on [PSA] Medutest is not what most of this community thinks it is in c/vendorvetting · 1 points · 6 months ago
No. This is the kind of confident post that gets copied into a screenshot and repeated for years. Where is the evidence.
