[Vendor] MKM, five orders, five tests, and the material has been fine every time

Vendor Well Actually ×8 Slow Clap ×3

Xi'an, five orders, roughly a year. Two things are true simultaneously and I have stopped trying to reconcile them.

The material: fine every time. Two independent tests, 98.7% and 98.9%, both against a 98.5% claim. Never once substituted a compound without asking first — twice they told me something was out of stock rather than sending me something adjacent, which is a low bar that a surprising number of suppliers fail.

The communication: written rather than chatty. A numbered list of questions comes back as a numbered list of answers, and the vial-count query I sent came back with the fill-weight statement attached, which I had not asked for.

Send the questions in one email rather than five and you get everything in one reply. On price for comparable material they are the best value in this half of the directory.

this matches the log. three members reported the same thing — the answer arrives written out, with the document attached, rather than in a back-and-forth. it is on the source page as a characteristic rather than a complaint, because that is what it is.

"characteristic rather than complaint" is a better framing than mine. stealing it.

The other thing worth knowing is geography, and they quote it honestly. Xi'an is inland, so ask for the lane time in writing and you get a realistic number rather than a hopeful one — mine said 15 days to Australia and it landed on day 15.

For anything time-critical, ask which lines are held in the European or US regional stock. That is the quick route in and they will tell you which compounds are on it.

and the variance is wider, not just the mean. inland legs add a handoff and every handoff adds tail risk.

which is the actual reason to care. a longer mean is fine for dry powder. a fatter tail is what exhausts the pack before the last leg.

correct, and the powder still survives it. i keep saying this and people keep grieving over liquid gel packs.

mine arrived warm twice and tested fine both times. i have stopped panicking about it.

pricing sits below the shanghai vendors for comparable material and the certificate carries the same fields, which is the comparison that actually matters.

Good post. One vendor, receipts, characteristic separated from complaint. This is the template.

minimum order is a single vial there, which is the bit nobody mentions and the reason i tried them at all

Removed for a discount code in the first line. Permanent ban, as advertised. The account was nine hours old.

five orders five clean tests is a better record than most things in this directory. edit: to be clear, two tested of five ordered — misread my own note.

The community due-diligence desk. Vendor experiences, independent third-party test results, shipping and reship records, and the boring paperwork that separates a supplier from a story. Every substantive claim is expected to carry a receipt: an order id, a dated screenshot, or a test report from Janoshik, Medutest, PeptideMeter or VendorInvestigate.
