compounded tirz pricing has doubled in my area in four months
Quick one. Canada here.
15mg works very differently where I live than in the threads that dominate the front page, and I keep seeing people confidently given advice that simply does not apply outside the US.
Specifics: the route I used took 6 weeks and cost roughly what I expected. The admin was worse than the cost. The thing that would have saved me the most time was knowing which document to ask for at the start.
Happy to answer questions from anyone in the same jurisdiction.

Is that on Mounjaro pens or research tirzepatide?
Strongly agree. Tirz is better than sema is not a claim without a comparator dose.
Tried both. Sema worked, tirz worked better for me, but my injection-site soreness profile was worse on tirz.
the 15mg is the top of the pen, not the required dose
nope, the equivalence to semaglutide is not known, comparing 15mg tirz to 2.4mg sema is guessing
Week 14 on Mounjaro and 17kg down. The appetite reduction feels different from sema in ways I do not have words for yet.
Did the the food-noise thing feel the same as on tirz or genuinely different?
dual agonism is SURPASS, do not generalise from semaglutide
Zepbound and Mounjaro are literally the same drug, the name is the only difference
Small correction: the trial was 4 weeks, not 24. Does not change your point but people will quote it.

SURMOUNT data is messier than STEP data but the weight loss is there
the GIP side does different things than the GLP-1 side, that is the point
Not to be pedantic but Mounjaro and 15mg are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.
Three years on this site and the questions have not changed at all. Which is depressing or reassuring depending on the day.
