switched from 5mg to 15mg and constipation got better, not worse
Thinking out loud about this: switched from 5mg to 15mg and constipation got better, not worse. Hard numbers: 5mg and 15mg. Anything softer than that is flagged as an impression. The thing nobody warned me about was how much of this is logistics — storing it, remembering it, the same day every week. Appetite effect…
Removed the conversion table. There is no published equivalence between the two molecules and posting one as fact is exactly the kind of thing that gets copied for years.
Push back: "gentler than sema" is a population statement. Plenty of people on this board have the opposite experience and they are not doing it wrong.
12kg over 46 weeks, never went past 10mg, and reflux stayed mild the whole way. Posting because the loud threads are all 15mg.

This. The step interval is a floor, and reading it as a timetable is the most expensive mistake in the thread.
Sulphur burps for the first eight days after each step, then nothing. Predictable enough that I planned my week around it.
pens and vials are the same molecule, the price is the difference
Careful with "everyone tolerates it better". The people it did not suit stop posting, which makes this board look calmer than the drug is.
2.5 is the starter dose and it is not meant to be the dose that works
if 7.5 is working, 10 is not automatically better
the nausea profile is genuinely gentler than people expect coming from sema
Week 31 was the first time the scale moved after a five-week stall. I changed nothing in that window.
Have you held a step for longer than the four-week minimum at any point?
That percentage is body weight change, not body fat. Different measurement, and the distinction gets lost every time.
Small fix: SURMOUNT is the obesity programme, SURPASS is the type-2 programme. They are different endpoints and the numbers do not transfer.
Same experience with the appetite effect being flatter across the week rather than front-loaded.
Removed the conversion table.
Not sure about this bit. The GIP arm being real does not tell you that it is what caused your particular week.
dual agonist, so the GIP arm is doing something the sema threads will not tell you about
What is the waist doing? That is usually the number still moving during a scale stall.
