Keeping a log, and what to put in it.
One line a day: dose, day since injection, what the symptom was and how bad out of five, and roughly what you ate. Two months of that fits on one page and the pattern is obvious on paper in a way it never is in your head.
Mine showed a clean day-two-to-day-four window I had been describing as "random". Once you can see the pattern you can plan around it, and planning around it is most of the relief.

Right, and the hair thing is worth repeating: it tracks the rate of loss rather than the compound, and it stops.
Agreed on writing it down. I could not see the pattern until I had six weeks of it on one page.
That reads like advice, and none of us can give it. Describe what you did, not what somebody else should do.
