[Discussion] we underplay how much of the GI stuff is dose-escalation speed
Posting this because I searched for it and got nothing useful.
Setup: 7.5mg, week 47, sulphur burps present but not ruining anything. I changed exactly one variable — constipation — and tracked it for 22 weeks.
Result: a difference, but a small one, and well inside what I would call noise if someone else posted it. So I am putting it here rather than presenting it as a finding. If two or three other people have done the same thing we might actually learn something.
Not medical advice, obviously. This is one person with a spreadsheet.
best — the order this archive was captured in
Has anything else changed? Sleep, food, protein, anything?
the food-noise thing stops around week 31 for most people
This is correct. The the food-noise thing is horrible for three weeks and then just ends.
This is correct. The fatigue is horrible for three weeks and then just ends.
sulphur burps are disgusting but not dangerous, 7 weeks and they stopped
The muscle cramps was genuinely awful for three weeks and then simply stopped. Week 39 me did not think I would make it to week 2.
IANAD and neither is anyone upvoting this
Are you on a pen or research vial? The formulation changes the profile.
