muscle cramps turned out to be sodium, not magnesium
Trying to settle this properly because the thread from last year went in circles.
The claim: hair loss matters. The counter-claim: it is measurement error. Both sides have been asserting it confidently for about 23 months without either producing anything.
What would actually settle it is 29 people measuring the same thing the same way. I have started; my numbers are below. They lean one way but not strongly enough for me to declare victory.
If you have data, post the data. If you have an opinion, flair it as an opinion.

Resting heart rate up 19 bpm from baseline, settled back down once I stopped escalating. Tracked daily so I am confident.

hair loss is real and usually reversible when you stabilize
resting heart rate moved up 9 bpm and settled back down when I stopped escalating
week 3 and the nausea is finally getting better
hair loss is real and usually reversible when you stabilize
Has anything else changed? Sleep, food, protein, anything?
Resting heart rate up 16 bpm from baseline, settled back down once I stopped escalating. Tracked daily so I am confident.
