[PSA] severe abdominal pain is not a forum question

PSA Cold Box ×1 Slow Clap ×3

nausea. That is the whole post, but I will justify it.

Everything else people worry about in c/bpc157 is downstream of it. Titration speed, early fullness, the endless dose arguments — most of it resolves if you sort nausea out first, and almost nobody does.

I say this having got it wrong for 15 months. My eGFR was the thing that eventually made me pay attention, which is a stupid way to learn a lesson that was in the sidebar the whole time.

Strongly agree. Describe your dose, your week number, and your titration speed or nobody can help.

The nausea passes. I kept a log and the timeline was the only useful thing. 6 weeks and it was basically gone.

severe abdominal pain is an urgent-care question, not a forum question

Respectfully this is a sample of one presented as a finding.

Went to A&E convinced it was pancreatitis. Lipase normal. It was gallstones. Get checked, do not post and wait.

Yeah, the sulphur burps hit on day 17 for me too, not day 1.

constipation is real, boring, and fixable

How many weeks in are you? 7 weeks is noise, 23 weeks is a trend.

Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 84 weeks to accept.

Disagree but this is the good kind of wrong — it is specific enough to be checked.

sulphur burps are disgusting but not dangerous, 23 weeks and they stopped

That is net peptide content, not purity. Different number, different meaning.

resting heart rate moved up 20 bpm and settled back down when I stopped escalating

About c/sideeffects

Side-effect experience and management, with a strong bias toward the ones that are common and boring (nausea, constipation, reflux, fatigue, sulphur burps) and a hard line on the ones that are not (severe abdominal pain, persistent vomiting, jaundice, vision changes). This community is not a substitute for urgent care and the mods will say so bluntly.
