what would you tell week-1 you about heart rate
Trying to get a straight answer on this: what would you tell week-1 you about heart rate. Mine settled at week 74 and has not come back since, across two more steps. Nobody warned me about constipation and I would have liked the warning. It was not dangerous, it was just deeply unpleasant and completely unexpected.…
Are you eating in the couple of hours before you sleep?
Which day of the week relative to the shot does it hit?
Not convinced by that mechanism. Slowed gastric emptying explains fullness and reflux; it does not explain what you are describing.
the constipation that arrives at week 68 out of nowhere is usually something else
nobody warns you about how much of this is timing rather than dose
the first fortnight after a step is the worst of it, then it settles

Agreed, with the caveat that "usually settles" is not "always settles" and the exceptions should still get asked about properly.
Disagree. Severe abdominal pain is not on the list of things to wait out, and this board should not be treating it as one.
How long has it been going on for now?
Most of the common complaints trace back to slowed gastric emptying — early fullness, reflux, nausea after a large or fatty meal. That is also why meal size and speed change the experience more than anything else.
if it is severe or persistent that is a clinician question, not a board question
