Adding to this — holding the dose rather than stepping is the option people forget they have.
Anything urgent goes to someone who can actually examine you, not to a ranked feed.
I would be careful here. "Everyone gets this" is not true, and it makes the people who get something unusual assume they are fine when they should be asking.
