[Titration] stayed at 0.5 for eleven weeks and it was the right call
Posting this because I searched for it and got nothing useful.
Setup: 15mg, week 92, constipation present but not ruining anything. I changed exactly one variable — Ozempic — and tracked it for 3 weeks.
Result: a difference, but a small one, and well inside what I would call noise if someone else posted it. So I am putting it here rather than presenting it as a finding. If two or three other people have done the same thing we might actually learn something.

Yeah, 37 weeks on 1.7mg, same pattern, same timing.

Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.

Adding to this: weekly dosing is doing more work than the comment implies.
nope, 0.25 counts, it is just not the dose most people stay on
Strongly agree. If it is not working at 1.0mg after 13 weeks, going up is not automatically the answer.
This matches my experience almost exactly on the Ozempic pens. The titration is the whole point.
Water content matters more than people think. If a vial is carrying residual moisture, your "10mg" is not 10mg of peptide.
Tracking number removed. It identifies both ends of a shipment.
Hard agree. Week 67 me needed this. Week 21 me is nodding smugly.
Did anything else change in the same window? Sleep, protein, steps, anything?
What colour is the pen? Wegovy and Ozempic use different formulations.
