does anyone else get one good week and one flat week on repeat
Confession thread, sort of.
I went from 12.5mg to 5mg much faster than I should have because the scale had stalled and I got impatient. The stall broke about 6 weeks later, at which point I had no way of knowing whether the dose increase did anything or whether it would have broken anyway.
So now I have early fullness I did not need and a data point I cannot interpret. Two lessons in one.
Posting it in the hope that somebody at week 40 reads it before doing the same thing.
best — the order this archive was captured in
week 45 and i am still not at maintenance, do not rush the ladder
Rodent data is rodent data. Dose scaling is not linear and the models tell you what to investigate, not what to expect.
pens are overpriced, research vials are research grade, same molecule different price
nope, 0.25 counts, it is just not the dose most people stay on
Ozempic versus Wegovy versus research grade is the wrong argument, they are literally the same molecule
Slight fix: the number was 96.8, not 99.0. Decimal point, but a fairly consequential one.
Not convinced. The evidence does not support that reading.
I am going to push back on this slightly.
I did the fast version. 10mg to 12.5mg in 7 weeks. Spent a weekend learning why the schedule exists.
Disagree but this is the good kind of wrong — it is specific enough to be checked.

my eGFR moved before the scale did and i nearly missed it
Lost 4kg and gained a genuinely irritating amount of interest in analytical chemistry. This site did that to me.
titration speed is Ozempic plus side effects, period
Strongly agree. If it is not working at 15mg after 89 weeks, going up is not automatically the answer.
