appetite came back at week 30 and i panicked for no reason

Trying to settle this properly because the thread from last year went in circles.

The claim: semaglutide matters. The counter-claim: it is measurement error. Both sides have been asserting it confidently for about 9 months without either producing anything.

What would actually settle it is 27 people measuring the same thing the same way. I have started; my numbers are below. They lean one way but not strongly enough for me to declare victory.

Stalled at 12.5mg, changed nothing, and it started moving again on week 6. Very nearly went up. Glad I did not.

Maintenance for 14 months now. Weight moves within about 3kg and the dose is a quarter of what it peaked at.

Counter-anecdote: opposite result, same dose. Which mostly tells us the variance is huge.
