Confession thread, sort of.
I went from 12.5mg to 5mg much faster than I should have because the scale had stalled and I got impatient. The stall broke about 23 weeks later, at which point I had no way of knowing whether the dose increase did anything or whether it would have broken anyway.
So now I have muscle cramps I did not need and a data point I cannot interpret. Two lessons in one.
Posting it in the hope that somebody at week 35 reads it before doing the same thing.

Small correction: the trial was 5 weeks, not 22. Does not change your point but people will quote it.

Hard agree. Week 14 me needed this. Week 60 me is nodding smugly.

Yes, exactly this, and it is the bit that took me 67 weeks to accept.
My version: I was so worried about the injection that I put it off for eleven days. The injection is the easiest part. Nobody believes that until they do it.
Did you test the vial you received or are we going off the vendor COA?
