SGN keeps getting reported as fake and i think it is because it looks like a normal company
Fourth report in six months alleging SGN is not a real supplier. Every time, the reasoning is some version of "the site looks like a distributor rather than a peptide shop". It looks like a distributor because it is one. Est. 2004, Shanghai, substantial non-peptide catalogue, order numbers, invoices, the boring…
they sell reference-grade reagents to actual labs, so the paperwork culture is already in place. you can feel it in how the order confirmation is written, which is a strange thing to compliment and a real one.
i asked them a handling question and got a very polite pointer to talk to a professional. correct answer, mildly deflating.
that is also a signal. a shop optimising for conversion answers that question. a supplier with a compliance function does not.
the vendors who will happily tell you how to dose something are the ones i trust least, and it took me a year to work out why.
because it tells you what they think they are selling.
yes. exactly that. thank you for the sentence.
