Not convinced comparison helps here. The people posting the fastest results are the tail of a distribution, not the middle.
Cosigning on timeframe. "45kg" means something completely different over 8 months than over one.
Text-only posting removes the comparison mechanism that makes image boards difficult, which is why this community adopted the rule and has kept it.
16kg over 9 months and honestly the most useful marker was that stairs stopped being a decision.
That is a waist measurement, not a weight, and the thread has been comparing them as though they were the same.
Correction: 14kg over 12 months is a different claim from 14kg in a month, and the post reads as the second.
