[Results] 14 months, 41kg, one boring spreadsheet, no photos by design
Start 132kg, now 91kg, 14 months. Text-only community so here is the table instead of the picture, which I have come to think is the better format anyway.
| Month | Weight | Waist | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| 0 | 132kg | 124cm | baseline labs done, thank god |
| 3 | 121kg | 117cm | the week-8 stall nearly ended me |
| 6 | 110kg | 108cm | came off one BP med |
| 9 | 101kg | 101cm | started lifting properly, rate slowed, fine |
| 12 | 94kg | 96cm | ApoB 118 → 79 |
| 14 | 91kg | 94cm | flat for five weeks, deliberately |
Hardest part was not the drug and not the food. It was the admin — ordering, storing, logging, remembering. Nobody warns you that the difficulty is clerical.
best — the order this archive was captured in
fourteen months of consistent entries is the whole achievement and the 41kg is a side effect of it. well done, genuinely.
the comments on the log are what kept it going. accountability from strangers works and i did not expect it to.
61 tabs here. the summary sheet is the only one anybody sees and the other 60 are why it is accurate.
7-day rolling average or you will quit at week 8 like everybody else. the daily number is noise wearing a costume.
the month-3 note is exactly that. i very nearly went up a dose to fix a stall that fixed itself.
your plateau is four weeks old. that is not a plateau, that is a Tuesday. i will be saying this forever.
ApoB 118 to 79 is the line in that table that will still matter in twenty years. the weight is the reason people will read the post and the lipids are the reason it counts.
month 9 rate slowing after you started lifting is what you want, not a problem. some of that is lean mass and the scale cannot tell you which.
DEXA twice a year is the only way to know. mine held lean mass at 92% while fat mass halved, and without the scans i would have assumed the slowdown was failure.
edit for the thread: several people asking what dose. not answering, and not because i am being coy — it is the one rule in every community here and it is the right rule.
week 3 and terrified. reading this at 1am. thank you.
