Took three weeks to understand titration and about ten seconds once somebody explained it as a tolerance ladder.
My first question here was genuinely basic and it now shows up in search for other people asking it.

Bacteriostatic water contains a preservative, which is what makes repeated entry into a vial reasonable. Sterile water does not, and the two are not interchangeable for that purpose.

Small correction, said kindly: those are two different products with similar names, and the difference matters for a multi-draw vial.
That comparison is between two different products at two different concentrations, which is where the confusion is coming from.

Removed the specific dose recommendation. Describe what you did; do not tell a new member what to take.
Push back on the advice above: nobody here can tell a member what dose to take, however confidently it is phrased.
Week 23 for me was completely flat and I was convinced something was wrong. It was not. Month two was where everything happened.
Asked what a COA was in my first week. Somebody linked the explainer and I have been reading them ever since.
I would not panic about that. It is on the list of ordinary first-month experiences.
