what is a COA and how do i know if it is real

Wiki

Week 9 update. 40kg down from the start, muscle cramps basically gone since about week 61.

Things that worked: consistency, protein at breakfast, walking more than I want to. Things that did not: everything I bought on the internet to help with muscle cramps.

The part that surprised me is how much of this is admin. Ordering, storing, logging, remembering. Nobody mentions that the hard bit is not the drug, it is the routine.

Happy to answer anything. Please do not ask me what dose you should be on.

Mechanistically the bit that matters is what is. It explains most of the early profile and a decent chunk of the outcome.

Disagree on that part. 97.2% and 97.4% on the same vial is normal.

Titration speed is a side-effect dial far more than an efficacy dial.

About c/newbiequestions

The deliberately gentle community. Every question that gets an eye-roll elsewhere lives here: what does titration mean, why do I feel nothing in week two, is this normal, what is bac water, what is a COA. Rudeness is removed faster than bad questions.
