19 weeks on 0.25mg, full numbers, ask me anything boring, and the part I actually want to talk about is at the bottom. Numbers, in the order they matter: 19 weeks and 0.25mg. Cosigning on planning it in advance. Deciding what maintenance looks like while still losing is much easier than deciding it in a panic.

Standing reminder that regain after stopping is a documented pharmacological outcome, and posts framing it as a moral failure get edited.

That is a range, not a trend. Two weigh-ins 8 days apart cannot distinguish them.

Same. Monthly is plenty at this stage and daily weighing made me miserable for no information gain.

Been at maintenance for 22 months on 1.0mg. Nothing happens. That is the whole report and it took me a while to accept it as success.

Stretched from seven to ten days and then to twelve over about four months. Appetite told me where the limit was before the scale did.

What dose are you holding, and for how long now?

Chased the last three kilos with a dose increase and got a fortnight of muscle cramps and no change in the number.

About c/maintenancephase

The part nobody posts about: what happens at goal weight. Finding a lowest effective dose, dose-interval stretching, regain risk data, muscle retention, the psychology of not having a number to chase, and staying on indefinitely versus tapering.

c/maintenancephase rules
  1. State how long you have been at maintenance. "Maintenance" at week 30 is not maintenance.
  2. Regain is not a moral failing and posts implying it is get removed.
  3. Dose-stretching experiences welcome; dose-stretching instructions are not.
  4. Independent community. Nobody here sells anything, and anyone who tries is banned.
  5. Not medical advice. Describe what you did; never prescribe to a stranger.
  6. Claims need evidence. Batch numbers, dated screenshots, independent test reports, or a citation.
  7. No referral links, discount codes or affiliate URLs. Permanent ban, no appeal.
  8. No contact handles, wallet addresses or tracking numbers — they identify people.
  9. Be recognisably decent. Disagree hard, insult nobody.
