Something I noticed reading old threads that I have not seen said out loud.
The advice on HPLC in this community changed substantially around the start of last year, and nobody went back and updated the older posts. So depending on which thread the search engine hands you, you get two contradictory answers with the same confidence.

Inter-lab variance on this kind of assay is routinely 1–2 points. Different column, different gradient, different integration.

Not to be pedantic but chromatogram and HPLC are being used interchangeably and they are not interchangeable in real life.
Small correction: the trial was 22 weeks, not 24. Does not change your point but people will quote it.
Yeah, the chromatogram profile matters more than the headline number.

The related substances profile is way more interesting than the main peak %. A 98% with 23 peaks is different from a 98% that is one 29% impurity.
