Cosigning that going too fast is the most repeated regret on the whole site.
Correction to my own post: it was my storage, not the shipment. Leaving the original up with this attached.
Correcting myself: 6 weeks, not the figure I wrote. The story is the same and I had rounded it in my favour.
Went up too fast because the scale had stalled and I was impatient. Got nausea I did not need and a data point I could not interpret.
