Genuine question, and the title is the question: France — has anyone got a straight answer on network. Nearly sent on the wrong network. The token symbol was identical and the address format was the only clue. Sent a test amount first on a large order. Cost me a fraction of a percent and I have done it every time…

Right, and confirmations are the status. "Sent" means nothing until the chain agrees.
