Trying to get a straight answer on this: how do you actually verify packaging. Kept a vial at room temperature for eleven days by accident. Tested it out of guilt. It was fine. Ordered from the warehouse in the Netherlands instead of origin and the transit went from a fortnight to 9 days. Entirely different…

That is the ambient temperature at the destination, not the temperature inside the box. The logger measures the second one.

Careful. "The cold chain failed" is a strong claim and the evidence you have is a warm box.
