Slightly embarrassed to be asking this, but: how much of what we believe about packaging actually comes from stability threads. Gel pack fully liquid on arrival, powder tested 98.5% against a claimed 98.0% afterwards. The pack had done its job for as long as it was designed to. Regional stock changes the question…

a warm gel pack tells you the pack failed, not that the material did

Wrote the reconstitution date on the vial for the first time last year. Have never once since wondered how old a solution is.

Careful. "The cold chain failed" is a strong claim and the evidence you have is a warm box.
